Green House Calcs is an enterprise solely dedicated to providing domestic SAP 2005 carbon dioxide emission calculations, as required by the new part L1 of building regulations the 'conservation of fuel and power'.

Collectively we have several years experience of providing calculations for building regulation submission, with staff from a civil engineering and building design background. From this we are able to provide you with calculations accredited by the BRE for your building regulation applications.

We are confident that our approach enable us to produce calculations quickly, and at a more competative rate than our competitors.

Ours rates are,

£35 per set of 'design' or 'as built' calculations,
(Including some consultation and redesign of thermal envelope if necessary)

£35 for major consultation and redesign

£10 for similar property calculations

Discounts are also available for multi dwellings groups.
